We’ll start the day with a guided meditation session to help you clear your mind and set your intentions for the day. After that\, we’ll move on to a series of healing workshops\, where you’ll learn techniques to help you reduce stress\, improve your mental and emotional well-being\, and connect with your inner self. \nOur expert facilitator (Sonam Arora) will guide you through the session\, providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to take control of your own self-care.
